Right of Admission Reserved
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual or group at our discretion. This right is exercised in accordance with South African law and is intended to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests.
 
Please note that this right will not be used to discriminate against any person based on race, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic as outlined in the South African Constitution and relevant legislation.
 
Cancelation Policy
A deposit of 50% in order to confirm the booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival. Should a booking be made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required to secure the reservation.
 
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply to the value of the accommodation booked:
  • 5% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival
  • 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival
  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival
  • 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show
 
Self-catering Establishments:
  • During peak holiday periods (Easter, long weekends, mid-December to mid-January and the July school holiday period in KwaZulu Natal) full payment is required to secure the reservation.
  • During the remainder of the year, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
 
*The deposit or full payment is forfeited when cancelled. A refund of 90% of the funds paid will apply if the unit is again let to someone else.*
