Cancellation Policy

Self-catering Establishments require full payment to secure bookings during peak holiday periods (Easter, long weekends, mid-December to mid-January, and the July school holidays in KwaZulu-Natal). For other times, a 50% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations forfeit the deposit or full payment, though typically 90% of funds are refunded if the unit is rebooked
